*The reason we breakup the payments is because in large groups the cruise company wants assurance that commitments are made to the cabins they give us in our group booking. These payments show we are on a schedule to commit to all cabin space. Without these payments , they have the ability to start to pull our unsold inventory away from us, causing our rates from that point on to go up. At any time you can make additional payments of pay off your cruise in full. 

FUN FEE. What is this?

The FUN FEE amount of $50 per person HAS ALWAYS BEEN INCLUDED IN YOUR CRUISE COST. (This is not an extra charge!)
It is collected away from paying off the cruise because if we had the cruise line collect it they would take a large percentage as a service fee, and we wanted to keep that amount to a minimum (savings to you and us!), and not pass that down to you. This fee is used to purchase venue time on the ship for gatherings, purchase give-away items, to pay for technical costs for gathering setup (technicians and support) The Fun Fee makes this all happen and we feel it is a reasonable fee to charge for all the fun included!

179 to 120 Days Prior to Sailing 100.00 per Guest

119 to 60 Days Prior to Sailing 200.00 per Guest 

59 to 30 Days Prior to Sailing 50 % per Guest

29 to 0 Days Prior to Sailing 100 % per Guest

FUN FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT!

LEGAL: Sailing on this cruise is based on number of rooms booked. For any reason if the amount of bookings does not support the sailing costs, we have the right to cancel the cruise at any time with all money refunded in full. Cruise insurance is not refundable and additional if desired. Talent, while committed to this event can be substituted at any time. We are not responsible for any talent substitution for this cruise. Prices of the cruise include cabin, all included meals, taxes and port charges. Gratuities, parking or transportation to and from the port are extra. Like any cruise, you are responsible for any charges accrued on your set sail account and are bound by the rules and regulations of the cruise line in your booking agreement . Ahoy-Cruises, AMT (Tom & Dan) and any members are not responsible for any additional charges, changes in schedule, port changes and any ship board charges or activities. Only people booking through Ahoy-Cruises in the group will be allowed into any function of this cruise. Booking outside the group will not be tolerated; any guilty party will be ejected from such venue. All refunds, if made, are based on the refund schedule set forth in the cruise agreement with  Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and are not the responsibility of Ahoy-Cruises or AMT (Tom & Dan). All event costs are billed through three (3) companies. 1.Ahoy-Cruises (under Debby Palmiotti) and 2. Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and your credit card will reflect the breakdown and 3. Anywhere Inc. (Our cruise affiliate). All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines while on the cruise.
